"Update" 11/1/09 -  Husband says Farm will be put on the market Spring 2010
Just got back(10/13/09) from spending a week in Tennesee and my husband John LOVES it there.  One obstacle down, now just have to work on finishing things around the farm, getting some more llamas sold (especially the boys need to find good homes) and selling the farm next year.  Still want to take another trip to NE TN and look around some more and get with a realitor in the Spring.  It sure felt like home in many places and I know that the few llamas that we will be taking along will love it.
I am officially retired too.  Now what?  Concentrating on finishing up projects around the farm and find homes for at least 10 more llamas before it turns cold.  Want to take some time to take a trip south to see where we would like to relocate to
Would like to have the majority of our herd sold by fall. Hoping I can keep a few to have fun with and keep me sane. :)
Proven herdsires, young males; females all ages, some bred -  LAMS Nutcracker offspring.  Suris and non-suris; pets/companions too. All price ranges. Reasonable offers also welcome.
Time sure is flying by.  Seems that in our younger years time did not move fast enough.  Then in our middle years it was rush, rush and not enough time in our busy schedules.  Now, it seems that time is just flying by and we would like to slow it down; there are so many things we still want to do and enjoy before time runs out.
What lies ahead is both exciting and scary. It is hard to make changes.  God willing, llamas will stay in our lives, but of course it will have to be at a different level.  Maybe, God willing, we will be able to live someplace a little warmer too.  (like Tennessee)
We hate that we must part with these awesome creatures and are doing our best to ensure that they are placed in good homes.  Aside from my children and my grandchildren, (and a few good dogs and a couple of special horses) llamas have been the highlight of my life. Llamas have intruduced us to many new places, new friends, and a few very special friends.  The llama community is full of many wonderful people.
Thank you, to all the people that have purchased llamas form us over the years and given them good homes. Many of you have shared info and pictures of their crias, and I greatly appreciate that.
We still have many llamas that must leave us during our transition into retirement, so please give us a call and we will be glad to chat with you about them.
